Jay, Optim... you guys sound like you know what you're talking about. When using the gain/loss percentage mode, how do you interpret the confidence rating? The higher the rating then the higher the prediction for percentage gain on a "buy?" My ratings usually fall between 60-70%. Based on earlier posts I'm wary when they approach 90% and usually modify the model. Also, I noiticed that you can run multiple Neurostock analysis at the same time... are they all sharing the same neurons, or does each analysis recieve the full 40 neurons in the program? Optim, my models aren't nearly as sophisticated as yours, but I'm getting some very accurate predictions. Some models I'm happy with are CVTI, CPQ, IMNR and a mutual fund VIVAX. Each have about 4 related stocks or indexes. I use dare-devil, and gain loss percentage. I'm constantly training them, but they started giving impressive predictions after about 30 hours each. Is this just dumb luck?? Jay, thanks again for the data sites you provided, they really bailed me out. By the way, I downloaded my VIVAX model this morning and it was current through last nights close. I've run into situations while downloading from Neuro, that I'll download USFC, for example, and it will fail, but when I attempt tp download it again seconds later as part of a different model, it'll be successful. I don't understand why it happens and have recieved no response from tech support. They must not like me. :)) Do either of you have any information on that accelerator board they mention? No price listed and they past the release target date. I tried calling him in Texas today but got an answering machine. Since it sounded like a personal residence I didn't leave a message. I'm becoming convinced that Neurostock works better than any system I've used to date. Should I be skeptical? Continued luck to both of you.
