Joe,

I was thinking the same thing this afternoon - if not now, when? Like TK said, the only thing that should take us any lower would be an adverse court decision and although possible, that's not very probable IMO. If you're going to do it, do it.

Gary

Joe: The only thing I know about the buyback is what Orton said during the conference call which was that they were not going to disclose when, at what price, or how much stock they were going to buy because they did not want to tip their hand to the market. I can understand this rationale but I also agree with you that, given the very low volumes recently, it probably wouldn't take much buying to substantially increase the share price.

The only thing that makes sense to me is that AB&G is also waiting for the outcome of the Supreme Court case before doing any significant buying. This would make some sense because as long as that risk is present, I think many people will be reluctant to buy or very quick to sell shares they bought at this level.

I sure hope a court decision is announced soon. It is hard to imagine the share price going very far (and staying there!) until that monkey is off our backs.
