for dell -- buy stop order abv 85 1/2 if dell decides to shoot for 90.

i would categorize my scoring system as: (in VERY GENERAL TERMS)

5-7 pts = bottoming stock, greatest potential to move next. (risk is higher, rally hasn't been confirmed)

8-9 pts = uptrend already. risk is low, but the rally already started (smaller profit potiential)
