Look at these numbers from Newcom's prospectus:

Steve C. Veen (Vice President of Finance, and CFO)salary. Steve is also on Newcom's board. Obviously, he isn't get paid for his timely performance. Not a bad increase for an individual who works for a company (Aura) whose stock is trading at $2.00. Newcom needs a new CFO and needs to start running their company separate from Aura. Asif and Sultan need to start focusing on shareholder value, and realize someday, Harry Kurtzman may bring the value of their stock (221,305 shares) down to a level to buy a used 1982 BMW and maybe a cheap airline ticket oversees. Harry may be a genius, but he's no BUSINESSMAN.

Steve Veen's Salary History:

1997 $144,749
1996 $121,501
1995 $ 84,035
