Hi Currahee,

I have nothing to hide....YES to all three questions.

GMD's IR division saw and sees the validity in my presence. I've been a victim in all this as well... Believe me!

I've been able to maintain my US base in GMD's stock. I have and had a lot of inquires from this mess. I wanted nothing to do with LMX once she went into the OIL business... I should of known then something was n't right... but hind sight is 20/20...I personally sold my LMX for a $12,000.00 US loss. I still own my GMD which I bought at 1.12 in 1995 up to 6.50 in 1996. I have nothing but confidence in GMD!!

Anyway, You must understand that investor relations in the States has to abide to whole different set of rules...I passed the SEC inquire in March from many who complained about the misappropriation of funds.
They felt, as well as I do, that I have done nothing wrong... I was just a pawn in a sick chess game.. But to say the least a very scary ordeal!!!

I hope that my past association(s) doesn't cause undo prejudice towards me and my efforts.

Rich
