Mike:
What would they use for money for the buyback? They may have 35 or so million in cash and short term investments, but they are burning that at a pretty good rate now, and will be looking for money within the year for sure to keep the business running. It would seem to be bad business practice to go into debt for the buyback, and I don't think banks would loan them the money for it. The only thing that will increase the stock price in the near term is a buyout by a gorilla like LU.

mike--

remember, they are still burning cash, not making it. at this point, a buy back would be a terrible waste of cash.

a buyout of ORCTF might not be a bad idea...

good luck to all,
