Mr Tin - Agree, it's a buy from fundamentals viewpoint. The y2k sector (in general, technology/software stocks) were beaten down in April-May. The nuclear blasts in India and US sanctions aggravated the situation because investors were not clear about the impact. Now the momentum players and money is coming back to the y2k sector. More public announcements and news articles are out. We do not have explanation why SEEC is at this level. Same situation is with other y2k stocks. I keep buying SEEC whenever I can, because it is most undervalued relative to expected earnings growth. As we approach the time for qtr earnings announcement, we'll see more volume. Ram
