Pat, I'm certain you have to vote before the shareholders meeting or your vote will count against the sale. I don't think you can affect the date of the transfer by withholding your vote. I'll see if I kept the information. But now I'm thinking that you have to vote by June 18th and the shares may be scheduled to transfer on the 30th anyway!!!!
