It happened in RMIL. One Admitted short seller (Dempsey Mork), shorted 100k shares at around .19 cents and has civil actions against me because the price went up. Go figure....

It was s martin's contention that Raabe shorted 2.5MM shares of TVSI. Raabe is not an MM, therefore s martin is claiming Raabe commited a crime. Imo, to create panic and shakes shares on behalf of someone elses undeclared short position.
