How to avoid "having to visit the site twice with the "copy and paste" routine"... Under the FILE menu of your browser, under NEW you should see new browser window or something like that. This will open a second browser and you can go to the source site on the new browser window. The original window stays open and on the page where you are entering your post...You can now cut and paste between the 2 windows, switching between them with ALT-TAB...not needing to reload the pages... Hope this helps...
