Ascot Resources Ltd - 1m special warrant private placement Ascot Resources Ltd AOT Shares issued 12570897 1998-06-09 close $0.66 Tuesday Jun 9 1998 Mr. Robert Evans reports The company has entered into an agreement with T. Hoare & Co. whereby Hoare will privately place with qualified investors 1,000,000 special warrants at 65 cents. Each special warrant will entitle the holder to receive one share and one-half of a share purchase warrant. The warrant is exercisable for two years at 65 cents in year one and 75 cents in year two. Hoare will receive a commission of 7 1/2 per cent payable in cash and 100,000 broker's warrants exercisable at 65 cents for one year. Proceeds will be used for the company's Fort and Newmac properties in British Columbia and working capital.
