In Canada's Northwest Territories, ITL Capital and International Riley Resources each hold a 50% interest in
the CJ Claim Group which is located in the same region as major diamond discoveries by BHP-Dia Met and
Aber-Kennecott. Recent discoveries by Mountain Province/De Beers and Winspear Resources prove
conclusively that the Lac de Gras diamond play is far from over.

Archon Minerals and Dr. Stewart Blusson, co-founder of Dia Met Minerals and co-discoverer of Dia Met's Lac
de Gras diamond project, hold the right to earn a 25% interest in any kimberlite pipes found on the CJ claims.
Dr. Blusson has employed a sophisticated, helicopter-borne geophysical system to identify kimberlite targets
on the CJ property. Drilling is expected to begin on one or more of the targets this Spring.
