How substantial is the attrition rate?

What are the attractions elsewhere motivating key employees to move on?

Thanks in advance

Gregg: Should we be concerned? Are people leaving for better deals, or because there's something amiss at CKFR? Is CKFR finding good replacements?

(I'm always looking for something to worry about... )

Gregg: tell the truth, you got caught on playboy.com and had to leave, right? Seriously, Jim Moran has been gone for several months, as has Gregg. I think every rapidly growing company has some attrition like this. It seems like CKFR is changing their focus from a "get new banks signed up" strategy to one of "we have most of the big ones, now let's treat 'em right" mindset. When that happens, some people will leave.
