Ha! David did email me, and even though I am CONSTANTLY scanning for my name in print, I had not thought to also put "amateur" into the search. Well, now I know! Actually, I have enjoyed the mini-debate. Of course, I have to side with David and Bob, but that's just one man's opinion.
