Thats one way of looking at it. Alot of companies would love to grow any division at 28% in the first qtr. and 20+ afterwards.
It is quite possible that with new year budgets, companies in Europe tend to contract out more in the first qtr.
You bears fell all over yourselves with IBM's Asia Pacific rev. slowdown even though it was but a small fraction of IBM's total revenues.
Sounds like your splitting hairs.
