Bill, I share your concern regarding earnings. I feel they will improve slightly and probably beat estimates (Zack's -.25) but will not be a blowout. I expect earnings very close to the 23rd or possibly the 26th (4th Thursday) as this seems to be their pattern recently.

Factors which should improve revenues:

- ITXC startup: These guys are serious and probably spent more than a little getting their system up and running. VOCLF has large stake here, so equipment should mostly be VOCLF.

- Radlinx revenue: VOCLF got no revenue last quarter from Radlinx which is reportedly profitable

- Increased sales of IP 5. RSL is probably paying VOCLF for IP 5 which they in turn are giving away in Europe.

- Various other little guys like access power expanding their networks

Question marks:

- Is the new VOCLF 'gatekeeper, etc' software selling? I hope so, this was released this quarter so should boost revenues to whatever extent it is selling.

- DT - Are they buying stuff yet? Again, Dr Ganor has stated that this probably won't be a factor until Q3. Who knows? Maybe they moved their timetable ahead

Downside:

- Analysts have projected an increased loss this Q due to increasing R&D costs

My 2 cents: I think R&D costs will continue to be high, but more or less equal to last Q. For the above reasons, I think the loss will be a little less than last Q. When DT kicks into gear we start to have real fun again. If VOCLF beats the number this Q, we may see the start of a runup due to anticipation of better things to come. Just my humble opinion.

Regards, Dave
