I have different volume.

And it's the open interest after the vol's said and done that matters.

The real issue is that the June 80 is a sucker bet. Would you bet a quarter that LU will be $80 by next Friday?

So LU really has to be $81-82 by next Friday for the June 80 buyer to see a profit.

Give your broker $25 in premium plus $12-100 in commissions for the right to buy LU at 80. I'd be on the selling side of that bet, and I'm very bullish on LU.

Regards

I'm new to this. Would you, or anyone else have the time to explain the significance of what you posted about calls? Thanks

All,

I have updated and posted the LU June'98 options analysis. The open interest still is undecided whether it wants the price of LU to be $70 or $75 on Friday. The Max-Pain point is a Max-Pain range... $72.5 or so still looks likely...
