As investors in ICVI, we need to recognize that the FUNDAMENTALS have not changed, or actually is getting better as we learn more about it.

Having said that, it is possible that ME management (including Mr. Uselton) needs to "learn" to improve its line of communication to its shareholders .They can still run their business the way they wish but better "communication" would also help. Remember, they have not been a PUBLIC company before and may not be used to the fact that dealing with shareholders is part of the process of being PUBLIC!!

I sincerely hope that the statement that Mr. Uselton does"not care about the investors" is a miscommunication/or is simply due to the fact that he is still on a "learning curve" in how to deal with shareholders . If the statement truly reflects how he feels, however, I would have to rethink my investment in this company. This is just my opinion, and NO ONE ELSE's!

As a point of contrast, just look at Mr. Jimmy Chin, CEO of DGIV, and his feeling regarding the shareholders. He recognized our importance publicly (look at his open newsletter to the shareholders, where he stated in the very first paragraph that DGIV performance was relatively unique compared to other BB stocks thanks IN LARGE PART to the loyal shareholders). Look at DGIV stock price and one will see that it PAYS to care about shareholders!

Mr. Uselton, I sincerely hope you keep the shareholders in mind and learn to realize and appreciate their importance to your company, now that you are a PUBLIC COMPANY!!!

It is hard to put out in front of the world every thing about your life, but I have come to realize there is a lot of people out there counting on a few people to help them against what is happening to there investments. I look at some of these big boys ,and there big purchases of 50,000 sh going to drive us crazy ,and drive the stock price down. Witch they have done, and I'm positive they have a hel- of a lot of more money than me. That is why I show my cards to my fellow investors. It is to show you with ALL THEY HAVE SHOT AT US THIS PAST 10 DAYS we are still smiling. If they start to get me up against a wall (IF) than I have a little surprise for them. I might be the big investor here, BUT I'M THE Small investor in my other group. One of my golfing buddies has 4 times what I have, and he taught me a lot of what I know. He is MAD because I haven't played golf with him in three weeks, and I have not told him about these investments. He loves playing in these penny stocks. So we have a lot of fire power behind us. It's our turn it's when we want to drop the bomb, not what they want to do..Mr.D. starting to strap on the wings so we can fly.. Have a nice afternoon..And you to Sir..
