South China Morning Post (http://www.scmp.com) today reported that the central bank governor of China said yesterday that the yen decline is very "negative". This is the first time China comments on the issue. My feeling is that the Chinese government started to use the excuse for the next step should it choose the devalue the yuan. When it comes, I think it will be in such a sudden manner. Everyone will be caught unexpectedly. This happened in early 1990's for two times already. When China devalues, at least we do not have to worry about inflation in the US, as the markets will be down severely for the next few months.
