re: SunService alone is nearly a $1 billion per year operating company. That's a lot of satisfied customers with service agreements.
I think it's more likely a lot of SUN customers with no where else to turn

BTW still looking for those sun450 unit sales numbers.

Anyone who has any knowledge of the computer business knows that there is no way all Sun's customers are satisfied with their service. If that was true why has NT picked up 30% of the market in about 8 years?

Again I say Sun makes an ok box. It's nothing to write home about but if you want to believe it is great then that's your opinion.

Fact is the computer market is always changing and now it appears more and more are going to NT, 30% of market share in 8 years. Sun is getting hurt, that's why they are complaining to the DOJ.
