Joe, Why do you care? You don't own the stock! Shouldn't it be up to us "SHAREHOLDERS" to figure that one out. Anyways, why don't you ever talk about the positives about that news release like they are on target to reach 100,000,000 million in Revenues, meaning they will have to put up 30 million for this 4th quarter. 30 million this quarter, compared to 25 million to the prior quarter and wasn't something like 15 million last year's 4th quarter! No, we can't talk about that. We can't talk about Actrade doubling their yearly revenues for the past 3 years, now can we, because obviously they HAVE TO BE cooking the books don't they. NO, NO,NO, lets talk about the CEO's life 13 years ago, before he came to America and how he so called "skipped town on $200,000", even though now he is worth 30 million dollars. Lets not talk about how the CEO is the Major Shareholder of this company and he doesn't seem to worried! Maybe we can talk about what me and you did 13 years ago, or how Jonathan Cleveland was in the army, or maybe we can talk about Jeffry White's legal experiences. Hey, Maybe, Just Maybe, some will post if I say Please, The old Heartz Article on Amos. Or hey how about the OLD TAD PATENT! Can I please see a replay of the argument where someone says it can be held in court, or where someone says we are going to collect royalties SO WHAT DO YOU WANNA TALK ABOUT

Well Deloitte & Touche, Nassau, Bahamas." is the mack knife off accounting firms. The Bahamas from my understanding is where Actrade wanted to open up there own bank offshore. There is some question if they are making the same kind of money they use to on the tads.(If they were not cooking the books)My guess D&T are going to be confused and have some problems with how revenues are booked on the tads. Joe there are so many good stocks out there to make money on today. Jus pick up a copy of Ibd. We can debate the merits of acrt but what the questions comes down to is the a company fraud? Will the stock go up, (long side) the idea here people is to make money untill some surge in volume happens etc happens, forget about it. Even then there are all these unanswered questions. Forget about it. If you have a loss in the stock then its worth staying with the thread. I cut my losses at 4% so I would never be put into that kind of situation. So how the hell are you doing today Joe?
