Alex: This is actually a very simple problem. If the landholder is violating the rights of other property owners, then the landholder attempting to recover valuable ores or minerals must exercise responsibility in attaining those minerals, or else he may be held liable for any damages suffered by the other parties. In a truly free society, one based on OBJECTIVE laws, no one has greater rights than any other. That is not how the formerly free USA is run today. Perhaps that is because there are so many irrational and/or non-objective laws that have made it onto the books during the last 150 years. The bulk of them coming since 1915. Father Terrence
