Mr. Dendro,Its my understanding it is completely up to your broker,whether you can short a security or not. And clients with large accounts,typically can..Again,it is the brokers option..DD

As an attorney you know why this supposed regulation has never been posted, yet some quote it constantly. Reviewing regulations is very simple, yet some have never done so but post on and on about it. Why be concerned with details and accuracy? They are not.
