I had thought that Oxford would be a low risk holding in the event of market meltdown. After a 1000 point drop in Dow I would have moved to more aggressive stocks. The market's mood has turned positive and the unlikely drop did not come. I still hold 10.8K shares with average cost of under 16. I expect a gradual ascent in Oxford's stock price from here.
