I hope I'm not disappointing anyone by saying this, but I don't think it will get to the .30 cent level again. In a way that is disappointing because I'd have also like to have been able to pick up more shares at those prices.Let's just be happy that we do have what we have.

ICVI

The majority shareholders of ICVI are about to acquire10,500 acres of land with 23
existing wells. They will contribute this property to ICVI at no cost, because they
control such a large percentage of the company. With a $1 million investment spread out
over a year, all wells could be producing at capacity. This represents 30 years of steady
production and steady profits. Other acquisitions are pending that will materially
enhance shareholder
value in this great company.

The management team is the best there is. Jack and the boys know their stuff. Their
technology for revitalizing abandoned wells produces big bucks for little investment.
Jacks additional edge is his overhead which is $.85 per barrel vs. $5.15 per barrel for
the big boys. Most shareholders have no idea what good things are in store for them.
