All WDC down $4 after hours. CNN MONEYLINE 6:17 CEN Alex ps 6000 contract at 3/8($ 225,000). Tomorrow sell 6000 contract for 4 dollers profit($2,400,000 - $225,00=$$$$ 2,175,000.) ONLY IN AMERICA. I LOVE IT

So let's see. WDC fell off the areal density curve and now they're paying the price. But instead they whine about pricing pressure and finished good inventory. Sheesh. Last time I checked, WDC had the most desktop hardware in the channel. I'm highly convinced SEG is not making any real money at the moment. I also suspect that their head yields are still not competitive. But they've taken 3 huge charges over the past year (Quinta and the two restructurings) and I'm cynical enough to believe that they'll use them to pretty up this quarter's results.
