Archer; Thank you finally for a responsive post. Now we can have an
intelligent conversation regarding this co. Who knows, you may very
well be right although right now I don't think so. Keep in mind one
very important fact. Whatever you think about this co. from
one year ago or whatever this investor friend of yours told you about
AOL, this industry was going nowhere until the cable operators
got their acts in gear and understood the potential that existed
within their own infrastructure. It wasn't until the cable co's first
settled on the open architecture as a standard for cable boxes
and then placed orders for 25 million digital boxes from both
General Instruments and Scientific Atlanta that applications such as SRCM's
could begin to be exploited. Any business plan or promises
that were made over 6 months ago are irrelevant as the cable co's were
holding the keys to the starting gate. There has been a massive
acceleration in this industry over the past 6 months and I believe
SRCM is in the middle of it. Check out the patents NOW, see who
is interested NOW, what deals are they signing NOW? The IT Network is cash
flow positive. The Interactive Channel at the VERY LEAST will do
business as a content provider. At the very least this will be a small
profitable co., they are not going out of business. If I'm right about the patents
this co. will be HUGE. At a 17$ stock price and a 200 million$ market
cap, do you think the short side of this story is worth the risk
of being very wrong? Not trying to convert you but honestly trying
to help you not getting hurt. Of course I could be wrong.. it wouldn't
be the first time and won't be the last.

Sincerely,
MW
