Nobody tried to retain these industry savvy, aggressive, seasoned, loyal people when I left. Who needs em. (sarcasm intended)

I say look back over the past 4 months and count the number of sizable new bank announcements or renewals. Simply put, why keep guys like that around if you have the industry locked up already with the top 25.
