Where's the beef?

I used to be in this stock back when it was .75.... if you scroll back you'll find me talking about this somewhere on this board.

I was looking for an increase in volume after the alledged Konlin report, but all I see is 700 shares thus far today on the sell side.

Also, did you guys take the time to read the SEC filing at the end of May?

I keep hearing of huge JV money rumors of millions, yet when I read the SEC filing... it looks like they are trying to get $600,000 from a secondary offering of stock and warrants (meaning dilution...)

And I hear of markets of 30-40 cities, but when I read the cities they
have on the SEC report, its more like 5-10.

All I'm doing is reading their own SEC report. I'm surprised there isn't more discussion on this as it is very insightful.

It basically says they aren't going to be doing squat until they secure more cash.

What's interesting is that they are looking for some pretty low sums of money for different markets... like $60,000 and $175,000

This investment capital for different markets they say they need looks like peanuts in the investment world.

Can't they find one middle-class american to loan them a paltry $60K?

Tell them to fly out and see me, heck, if they convince me, they might leave with $100,000

Good Trading!
