Jim, some of the information i post is to help people learn to better themselves in tracking and doing DD on stocks. I also like to post on all of my post, to never count on anything that you hear or hear is coming.

Not everyone is a Warren Buffet and i just like to get ideas and opinions flowing, that is what helps mold a companies shareholders.

>>we also know about the land/mineral/oil thing
from talking to the company.<<<

This was from your post and this is what set me off last night. In my opinion this was misleading. If I misinterpreted your intentions I apoligze.

I am not trying to be a white Knight here, but I get pissed off when I sense the the intention to mislead.

In each of my posts I have provided a factual basis for any valuation, including the assumptions. You may chose to agree or disagree, however the details are in the post for you to make your own judgements.

All I ask of you, if you are going to be a cheerleader, is to provide similar detail. For example, why do you think EDII is undervalued? Is it because they may get $10M for the land? That works out to 14 cents per share. Is that the basis for your concensus that the stock is undervalued?

Its to easy to say I know something important but I can't tell you. Thats a PSI trick.

Lets work together here but under rules of full disclosure.
