Mike/ALL - a very informative post. I urge all to check out Mike's #1558. Truth be told, Mike, I'm hopin' there's some competing agenda here because if its true, cych is toast.

Thanks Mike,

it would be great if you could keep us informed about
your experience with e-commerce and Cybercash.

Can anybody judge CYCH's technical problems?

Peter

Update on my Cybercash story...

First off, an error on my part. The company who told me Cybercash was having many technical problems was "Card Services International." I had given my finance person phone numbers for United Merchant Services(Nations), NOVA Info Systems (First Union) and Wachovia bank. Don't know where she got the number for Card Services International, maybe I screwed up. Anyway, it's 12:45am and I did leave her an e-mail to get back to me tomorrow.

Card Services International is listed on the Cybercash site as a partner. Maybe she went there to find them, I don't know.

Someone here forwarded my original post to Cybercash, and I have
been contacted by Glenn Morris, the director of Channel Management
at Cybercash. He and I have exchanged a couple of e-mails, and I
will keep everyone posted on what happens.

Needless to say, the folks at Cybercash were *NOT* happy that I was
told what I was told.

I'll keep you all posted.
