I shorted yahoo calls against the stock @124. got $21 for oct? for it. At 100, it filled the gap but i did not cover (actually, i totally forgot) until yesterday when i covered @109 (bot back @$10) the short. So i made approx $11 on downside. i mentioned this, as a safeway to practice shorting I m too chicken to short but if we must attempt every aspects and especially the ones we don't like to. Today it moved 8pts and actually i was not watching when it moved up this much. I think it's going higher tomorrow. Also very reluctantly added to aol. I think Dell will move tomorrow. I went to buy Dell for short termtrade and the mrket closed and got left out by 15 seconds. Actaully another intresting point re: aol and dell. I compared 60 day 20days and 100days and 60wks charts of dell/aol they look very similar. so i bot aol first instead of dell. since i have tooooo many dells. These are all for short term trades in ira. My investment aol, i do not trade. thx for the news on msft, i was surprised why it took msft this long to start moving.
