The point is that the debt has converted and we are virtually debt free. No June 30 deadline !!!

The conversion was effected so the lenders could lock in a price.
Just because these shares were registered doesn't mean they were sold. "the Company is contractually required to register the shares of Common Stock upon the conversion, of Debentures and payment of interest thereon". It is my opinion, based on trading volume and direction since the conversion, that the majority of these shares have not yet hit the street.

I feel additional financing in a credible form is not only possible but probable.
