Nope...don't think you have a legal case here IMO: Read the first paragraph carefully everyone...the one before the list begins:

"Thanks to the Stock Detective's vigilant readers and a bevy of stock promoters,
we're flush with tips about stocks that most people should think twice about before
investing. All them may not warrant full Stinky Stock status, although we're sure a few
inevitably will come from this list. Until they reach that benchmark, Stock Detective
wants to warn readers about stocks that should have you seeing "red." What sets
them apart? Take your pick: volatility, high volume, wild price swings, outrageous
claims, a stack of vacuous press releases, or maybe a share price that doesn't
seem to add up from the sum of the company's parts."

It says this info comes from "TIPS" from vigilant readers and stock promoters AND that not all of the stocks named may even deserve to be given what they call "full stinky stock status", which is basically a disclaimer...IMO. It reads simply as a "red" flag warning to new investors to do their DD before investing.

Don't worry about it...

Patricia

I think it's important to put into context what is actually going on with the SD. I've posted their lead paragraph for you all to see and marked what I believe are appropriate excerpts. I would love to know just WHO provides these tips. Additionally, I would like to see if they have reported on other such "volatile," "high volume," "wide price swings," "vacuous press release's," Now, relative to these specific issues, it would be interesting to see how we stack up. I would also like to have a definition of "vacous pr's."

A great site to start research would be dsr.simplenet.com.

I have to run a few errands and pick some people up at the airport. see if any of you might do some background.

Thanks

Rich
