CCSI reported that they had contacted the SEC and the NASD..

Deacon,

I do not know what the SEC will, could do.They sure are informed about every detail from looking at it. But action?

Here in Europe under such a condition when such a loss occurs over
a period of days like we have seen since a few days. Like a chinese
torture thing, the following will happen.

All trades are halted and a share count is ordered for starters. Then every large position is checked out up to the whereabouts of the shares and so on. It may take some time but in view of the terrible losses some people had to endure the call for proper and prudent action is in the interest of the exchange itself.

I bet anyone every penny I possess that there is a very large amount of shares right now in "trading way ahead " process.

If I had my way I would confiscate all trading records of all Market Makers which have traded this stock the last 10 days for starters.

There is something terrible wrong here and it is on a large scale because the drops look organized and methodical not like panic sales. Arsenio had to be brought in to give the appearance that it is the work of shareholders in panic when in reality it is a inside fix.

I say it one more time:

Organized squeezers do not squeeze themselves.

<<Finally some type of response,belated but welcome.>>

Actually, on further reflection, I do agree, especially because CCSI can use this as an opportunity to toot its horn in some detail. I hope they do more than merely mull over forcing legal action; otherwise the ethically challenged will continue to thrive.

I also hope that their statement arrives prior to market opening. So far, CCSI's concern for shareholders (wasn't that supposedly the CEO's forte?) seems rather wanting.
