One thing I have learned in my own business is that names don't produce much the first 6 months. During that phase, they are still learning the product and the company. I would say that we should hear more from this company in about 2 more months (if not sooner)...

While waiting on OZON - look at ERES.

ERES has news yesterday about Freshtags, which they obtained from the FDA. These can be placed on seafood and other fresh or frozen meats and can detect "decay". It would be interesting to test the benefits of an OZON wash on poultry and see if the Freshtags can show less decay. Freshtags may also be able to be adapted to look for E.coli and other causes of food contamination.
