IPMCF has been taken to task for not being completely truthful with stock holders about the reports alleged to come from Behre Dohlbear and the nature and content of the assays it has enumerated in reports. In fact the statements of the company about gold "proven" or overseen by the consultant may not be supportable. This formed part of the basis for the findings of the CDN exchange (CDN Dealer's Network) that suspended IPM for non-disclosure of information and material fact about company finances and operations. The exchange may doubt the viability of Black Rock but that point is not at issue in their suspension. If the company withholds material fact about company financial data it is the tip of the iceberg that the exchange may and often does attack. If the exchange cannot get answers from the company that are satisfactory in relation to their reports then they may be suspended. What is holding the company back from issuing proper financials and explanations of its reports is beyond me. :)
