You are taking that statement out of context. I was simply responding to YOUR post #404...where you ask:

And I responded that "the FDA has nothing to do with this one way or the other". You understood perfectly well my meaning that even though this company is a fraud, that the FDA does not make that determination - it only approves or disapproves new drug submissions.

In post 703 I was stating that the FDA's approval or disapproval of the drug application is what counts. Not some investor's notion that a drug should be approved.

My logic is correct and I continue to be 100% correct about the TXB fraud and continue to recommend shorting it.

I am also 100% correct about the related Zonagen fraud and continue to recommend shorting it.
