My view is as follows.

DSSI was expected to release a contract in early June. Nothing happened so far. They are trying to get placement for comverge. They tried for PHD but there PHD was short on revenues and competition was getting worth.(out of their league so they sold PHD.

Now the question is is comverge going to be another PHD, another cybercard, or are they finally going to deliver. Now we get a mixed signal, wall street bets that DSSI will not deliver. Thus the price is down. In Israel DSI Israel is close to its yearly high.
And powercom is a big future componet. Israel part is betting on + forthcoming news. Now in Israel the float is small so very few people. as DSI Israel is 80% owned by DSSI.

Basiclly DSSI gave up most of the gains it made independent of TSEMF.

The news for TSEMF depends on semi cycle. there is debate that the down cycle will be longer than expected. Taiwan is cutting its chips production. So wait and see. In the meanwhile it is rather painful.
