As far as the concerns about dilution my sources tell me that the form that was filed with the SEC on the 27th is indeed to register(and only REGISTER) new shares. My understanding, and correct me if I'm wrong is that registering new shares is not the same as issuing new shares. These shares were originally registered to secure Ambient Capitals position in exchange for the 7 million capital infusion. When they originally filed to register these shares the stock price was appx. 5/8 therefor since the price has significantly increased they will not need to ISSUE nearly as many shares to Ambient. From what I understand these shares that Ambient will recieve are restricted for at least two years. Therefor the dilution to the float should not be an issue for at least 2 years.??
