It doesn't matter whether you guys trust Ira or mistrust him. He is a master in manipulating small stocks. He will take HVAR to a double or may be a triple. After that, beware. Sell and get your profits. Ira is NOT to be trusted LONG . I'll be buying a bunch tomorrow in the 20s and hold it a little while.
