well, perhaps when I say "Harass" I mean I get downright "ornery" about what I feel I have a right too. Basically, I'm not a big confrontationalist unless I feel I have to be one. I'm good at it, and
I don't railroad people/businesses until I have given them a reasonable opportunity to "come through".

In this case, I don't know what is a reasonable time period is as of yet for receiving hard to get ahold of shares. Don't get me wrong, I will be calling the transfer agent as I said I would (tomorrow or at least by the end of next week). I just changed my delivery option to give my brokerage a hint, just in case they hadn't gotten the ball rolling yet by the time I call the transfer agent.

My last reason for posting my actions as such was to give people who are very shy and nonconfrontational, another way to call their RMIL shares by following my passive example (momentarily) of calling all shares in their account. That way we can encourage the last of us to get those shares in NAME form. The next battle is now at hand now that the float is basically in name form, and that battle is making the brokerage firms enforce the "shorts" to make good. It is more important now for the MM's/brokerages/shorts/etc. to not let anymore shares be called! Cause now it's PAYUP time, if they can't produce (which of course they can't beyond those last few thousand shares).

regards,
-Mark
