According to my SolSmith Barney broker the deal was supposed to be priced yesterday. He has yet to call me. If done correctly this deal could be non-dilutive and actually support the price. If they can do it at say 21 who will object to new shares and the attendant cash coming in at that level. True there are insiders selling but they will still control 50% of the company according to another poster on this board. If dilution threat was a real concern it would have been discounted in the price by now. JFD
