Look I am not in to hyping anything. So I am not going in to detail on this thread about every conversation I had. Most would not believe me, would call me a liar, a cheerleader, etc. I am long the stock so you won't hear much negative.

With that said, the biggest factor that has me buying more is this:

Sat next to a partner from a reputable Wall Street firm. Does not own the stock, never even asked him if he was going to buy. As Paul was going through the Y2K presentation and was expaining Century Scan 2000 and Vertex and other best of breeds that TPI uses, he then walked through the embedded system business and how big the market is for this and how there aren't many companies addressing...blah..blah..blah. Anyways, I leaned over and said..these 2 business lines are worth more than $1.50 each, let alone together and without groupware.. He took a minute to look at the #'s and said yeah I could see this being bought out by someone for $7/share.

Now this is conjunction with my long held belief that TPI is in danger of being bought by someone as each contract is announced and the stock does not go up. Many here do not believe it is a viable candidate for acquisition, I do as M&A is part of my livelihood.

Anyway, thats the biggest piece. Short term, I have no idea where we are going with our stock price, but long term I still believe we will be rewarded.

Good luck to all. Would be happy to address any specific questions.
