Thanks for your input. I agree the synergies are good. And I too, wonder how ELIX could ever hope to purchase somebody like ICGS (three times bigger). But, I do know that if the syngergies are significant enough, stockholders will like it. Perhaps this is something that is out a ways on the horizon. Perhaps with he Citizens Tell split this may be more doable
