"The above is the opinion of someone who never risked a penny of his own money investing in Intel and received the majority of his shares through Intel's stock option plan at prices that existed before most of the people reading this post were born."

Well pick my nose and call me dirty! The nerve of some people earning money right here in America.

Once again you have supplied good investment advice from the perspective of one who will not reveal his portfolio and acquired his Intel shares as gifts from the company at pennies per share.

You're obviously referring to employee options that many employees in many companies receive as part of their total compensation.

I consider this part of my well earned salary. I work hard for both salary as well as other parts of my compensation and I consider each part of it (including options) to be my hard earned money (even if not in the form of cash).

I can't stand every time you pick on Paul E. for his options. That was part of his hard earned compensation. It's also an attack on EVERY Intel employee who also is getting options (there are now well over 60,000 of us that you're attacking).

Time to go somewhere else...
