Don't remember "pushing" a buy at $1.50 ; stock was undervalued at $1.50 and still is undervalued at 60cents.. stock tanked because the company screwed up the press release and do a piss poor job of it.. I can't control that.. since you are in the mood to hold me responsible for it tanking from $1.50 to 60cents.. just curious if that same logic gives me credit for the 8cents to $1.75 move up?? I dont' want the credit.. just stating a point.. also I think SUFFICIENT DD has been posted here.. I don't remember saying that EDII specifically "HAS MINERAL RIGHTS"... there are rumors that they might be able to pick up some mineral rigthts.. but as to exactly how only the company would know.. Please go back and read the first 100 posts or so.. all the answers that can be said are there.. anything else we just have to wait and see what the company says.. Also, I'm flattered that you label me as having the ability to take a stock down from $1.50 to 60cents... guess I was the only who thought the company would keep on moving up... silly me... but let's just talk about EDII here okay.. if you wanna talk about ICVI.. do it over there.. both stocks imho are undervalued.. the reasons why have been stated sufficiently (for my liking) on each thread. Not flaming you.. just think you're a little too bold with your post... jim

jmt, just curious but how much are u getting paid to dump on edii, u never sent your share count to mitch last night, u post a BULLSH** profit margin of a phantom 10% profit margin for edii, when u have no idea what their liab.'s on their new 50 million in revenues is going to be, hell it could only have 25 mill. in liab.'s(including tax's and everything else u pointed out to me so brilliantly the other night)and that would be a 50% profit margin right? Also that post about very seldom do co's make more than 10% in profits is pure cra*, which needs to be flushed, if that was the case we why would anyone want to start a business when they could do a whole lot better with their startup money in a mutual fund, with a whole lot less risk. Like I said earlier I own a small business, and if all I made was 10% profit I would'nt waste my time. Lastly u tried to manipulate my words on my post to make it look like I was giving info on EDII of having a 10% profit margin, you tried to manipulate my words now u are trying to manipulate Jim's,I never read anything about Jim saying EDII had muneral rights. There are several on this thread that know what you are up to and everytime u post your neg. news one of us will be there to counter with the truth. Your cover is blown, so hang it up.

Ok jmt... You have only been on the SI site for about one week. You have a masters in Finance and in your thread discussions you always seem to take the opposing point of view. If you want any credibility here it's time to come straight. We do not need you coming into this thread and stirring things up just to cause confusion. The people on this thread have become very tight and we really do not have the time for any MM games. Lets see confusion to cause selling to buy the stock at a cheaper price means more profit. I have seen the game to many times. So what is up dude. Why are you here if it is to find a good investment your here jump on. If it's to add to the discussion do some dd and we will welcome you. If your here to cause problems see ya. To all I am not sure where jmt is coming from or why he is here as we move forward and this stock grows in value many will come to break up the party. To win over people that would seek to take advantage of us we must keep a tight group. I like what I have seen in this company and will continue to do any dd I can to make myself feel good about my investment. When someone comes on the board off topic and attacking it can only be for one reason. The best thing we can do is ignore these types. Thanks and good luck to everyone here who is an investor. Paul
