at the risk of blind leading the blind, I boldly offer the following up as supplement to TraderX's input...I'm still mostly study & paper & tentative real deals, but one of the resources I'm currently studying that goes into MACD and using it with other indicators is John Murphy's (CNBC) "Visual Investor" which I've also seen mentioned on several threads.

Has a whole chapter on each of dozens of indicators, shows some stuff on mix&match, and has a CD with decent visuals. Anyone else have any feedback on the value of his latest publ?
have fun

Thank you, Mary. What we do here is go for management first, what their plans are for the future and for the stockholders. Every thing besides proper market making (by specialists and market makers) is secondary; just to confirm the right investment decisions.

Personal investmentwise, the important thing is financial planning. Many mutual funds and insurance companies offer their ideas online.
