Larry, Monday the short term chart blew through the upper bollinger. We needed a little pullback to get back in control and continue higher. Unfortunately there was "noise" that the Euro would only be backed by 15% gold. That caused the sharp reversal down. I truly believe that the announcement about the Euro was manipulation, too many are short gold. The short term chart now sits at the sell point. Today's action will confirm direction, too close to call.

Larry, the XAU forecaster today shows a set back for gold. Short term is now a solid sell, long term just moved into a sell, while intermediate term is still a buy, but deteriorating.
