The q's big problem is nobody want to pay royalties. I believe that's why they don't get booming support from cdmaOne freinds like LU. As Gregg Powers said, qcom did all the mining for the cdma gold, and now everyone wants it for free. If you think that they won't be able to get it for free, you invest in qcom. The world IS going CDMA just like I said for the last two years, the only question is whether the q's IPRs will hold up. I think they will no matter how hard they're bullied by the big boys. Time will tell. Hopefully the smoke will clear this year (one way or the other)!
